Adoption
The cat who chose us
Ananya Rao · Miso, 4 · Bengaluru
She walked into an open door during monsoon and never really walked out again.
Miso arrived the way most good things do — unannounced, soaked, and completely certain of herself.
Four years on, she still supervises every video call and sleeps exactly in the centre of the bed.
People say you adopt a cat. Ours is very clear that it happened the other way around.
